Deposits – Booking Details
Considerable effort, planning, and expense go into the coordination of a successful, first-class fishing trip prior to the trip itself;  therefore a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking reservation. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to the hunt.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking reservation. Tentative reservations held without a full deposit are not guaranteed and are nonrefundable. All funds are payable in certified funds, cash, traveler’s checks, or money orders. Deposits are nonrefundable. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to the hunt. If a cancellation is made 90 days prior to the departure date, your deposit will be applied to a trip the following year.

Meat
You are welcome to take your meat with you. Meat that will fit with you and your gear on your outbound flight is included. If there are any extra flights for meat, you must pay for those flights in advance.

Flying
Flying in Alaska’s backcountry requires a great deal of skill, experience, and knowledge. Safety is our number one concern. We have picked our Air Services for both safety and experience. They do their best to ensure prompt service, but they cannot and will not fly in bad conditions, (heavy rain, fog, high winds, etc.). The weather is out of our control, we rely on the expert knowledge and experience of our pilots. Your gear must be limited to 45 lbs. If you and your gear cannot go in and out of camp in one load, you will be charged for extra flights.
